We are looking for a dynamic inside sales representative to join our busy Brea Commercial Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and accurately assess customer needs and recommending appropriate PennySaverUSA.com products. Establish and maintain accounts through active and ongoing customer relationship management. Cold call and prospect new business as well as grow and maintain existing account base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Build customer relationships through on-going phone contact and sales account management.
Achieve individual and team revenue/account growth in accordance with assigned goals and objectives.
Manage customer relationships by frequently contacting to customers to discuss advertising needs and review ad copy.
Prospect for new business through daily outbound calling, as well as by letter solicitation, or telephone blitz activity.
Prepare or revise ad design, copy and layout for customer and/or prospects. Prepare proposals and recommendations based on assessment of customer needs. Respond to incoming calls regarding inquiries about PennySaver products via call backs, faxes, mailings, and other electronic means. Adhere to all quality, customer service, anti-trust standards and all other policies as stated in the employee handbook and as set by the organization.
Maintain an acceptable credit status of accounts in territory and make collections according to company credit policy and procedures.
Perform various administrative and production tasks as needed to meet customer specifications and to achieve quality account management.
