Description San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Information Technology Department seeks a Data Warehouse Analyst. Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Data Warehouse Analyst will develop, implement and maintain processes and structures to support the San Manuel Data Warehouse (DW), including expansion to new business units and operational processes. The primary role is to assemble, sort and decipher information into database queries or data fields for analysis.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Intelligence Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three (5) years of hands-on experience using BI tools and technologies required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in large database environments including the following: Teradata, Aster, Oracle, IBM DB2 or Netezza, MSSQL Server, Hadoop, Postgres, or MySQL required.
  • Experience with Teradata highly desired.
  • Experience with SAS DataFlux highly desired. Hands-on experience with SQL Server preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS preferred.
  • Microsoft Reporting Services experience preferred, but SAP Business Objects, Cognos, Micro-strategy, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Advanced understanding of data warehouse design theory including logical and physical modeling.
  • Employee must have experience demonstrating the utmost discretion and confidentiality as they will have access to private information.


  • A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company’s insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class “A” Gaming License issued by the San Manuel Gaming Commission.
